Recruitment process evaluation and recommendations:

        Initial Consultation Fee 

The initial consultation fee of $2,000 covers 8 hours of observation and on-site consultation work at your business location(s).  We observe and learn about your business, challenges and goals.  After this initial consultation we will provide:

• Immediate solution suggestions. 

These can be implemented immediately by your staff to increase sourcing, hiring and retention.

• Short-term solutions and pricing. 

These are short-term recommendations that will bring your company results for the next 2 – 4 years.

• Long-term solutions and pricing.

Long-term solutions include strategic planning and will bring your company results for 5 – 10 years.

 

        Recruitment Training

Recruitment training covers sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and compliance.

•  Recruitment training for your staff is based on the number of individuals and company size.

         Retention Consulting

Retention consulting is based on company size, culture and goals.  Included are ROP (Return on People) training and evaluations.

         Recruitment Marketing

•  Evaluation of current recruitment marketing strategy and recommendations.

• Development and design of recruitment marketing strategy and implementation.
