Who We Are

Christine Watanabe is the owner of Aloha Recruiting & HR Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in helping businesses find, hire and retain the best talent for their business.  Christine holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.  Christine left her home in Hawaii to learn best practices in sourcing, recruitment and retention, as well as other Human Resources practices, during her time with Fortune 100 companies Southwest Airlines and Safeway Corporation.  She returned to Oahu and was most recently the staffing manager for Bank of Hawaii and AT&T Mobility.

Christine turned her passion for matching the right person for the job into a consulting business and now shares these best practices with your organization.
